With price data available for just one of eight transactions, the reported price range and median both stand at $100,000, and the broader market's price level can't be assessed from this data. East Hill Road and Old Turnpike Road each saw two transfers. Several deeds show matching family surnames on both sides, and three transfers list no buyer in the available records.
