Nine properties recorded deed transfers in Oakham between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one sale price has reached the Worcester County Registry of Deeds so far: $505,672 for an Oakham property sold by Mariano and Lorena Pereira to CrossCountry Mortgage LLC on Sept. 10. Stone Road and Farm Pond Road each saw two transfers during the period. Three transactions involved family trusts as sellers, and two involved lending institutions as sellers. With eight of nine sale prices still pending at the registry, a full picture of the period's market tone is not yet available.
